  - you can mimic a betting model here where users can “stake” their tokens and you get a mini pool amongst the squad - whoever wins takes all
  - maybe if a squad were to collaborate on a competition, and that squad wins, the entire squad gets the reward and splits the reward accordingly ( this is essentially a DAO structure for these squads)
look at creating a female focused sports outlet to get more females participating in fantasy leagues?

Strong point of fantasy sports: friends have to be on the platform for you to have fun
- What does the product look like in terms of having groups of people compete against each other?
  - Good referral loop is the clash of clans / clan loop (you want your friend to join your clan, so you want them to play the game with you and you get them into your clan, creating an easier, fun, and more interactive onboarding process for the friend joining as well.
Incentivize word-of-mouth and inviting

Create sharable content
- How can you get people to naturally share on their stories on IG, Snapchat, etc... You want to create a seamless experience for them to show off to their friends and community.

  - Example Idea: Create a week/month in review story sharing feature showcasing where you are in the fantasy league

Create an incentiviezed invite program - invite 3 friends get “X” Fant

later you can create a program where you can redeem Fant for sports NFTs.

create a shareable “ Fan Card” where people can share their NFTs as part of invitng people are getting people to join a group/squad

make the Phanbot mintable for users so they can easily share it
- share your phanbot and earn x FANT tokens - submit twitter url as proof that you shared it?
in order to invite other users, create an automatic generated personal invite card that has the users phanbot plus the invite code
- when other users see the phanbot, they are gonna wanna join and make one.
